About Me
I'm a Product Designer specializing in UX Research and Service Design. I hold a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano (Grade: 105/110), where I developed expertise in translating complex user problems into elegant, scalable design solutions.
My career spans from healthcare platforms at Rehabilia to B2B digital services and tax compliance systems. I'm driven by research-backed design that bridges human needs with business objectives. I believe the best designs emerge from deep user understanding and iterative exploration.
Beyond my day-to-day work, I actively share insights on design thinking and research methodologies. I'm passionate about mentoring junior designers and contributing to the design community through knowledge sharing.
